| Well, it was a nice mellow xmas. Steph gave me a great shirt, some
craft supply things, a really cool scarf, candy, paint, construction
paper, and the COOLEST thing is a lizard from the discover store. His
tail is a caribeaner and he has a button on his back. When you press
the button his mouth opens and a red/green/blue LED blinks from his
mouth. SO COOL!!!! Also pretty awesome is my fantastic new cell phone
courtesy of Cheri and David. It is a Sony W600i and has to be the
coolest cell phone on the face of the planet. I now actually have an
Oregon number, though my Oklahoma number will still be active for a few
months. At any rate my new number is (503) 580-1854. Another xmas
suprise is that there is an 8 day James Bond marathon on.... i'm quite
a fan of 007. Steph and i will be visiting Oklahoma soon. We arrive on
the 7th and leave the 14th. I really hope we get to see everyone while
we are there. Steph's mom has been rather sick and may still be
hospitalized while we are there. It may be a really crazy week... but i
expect we will have plenty of time to see everyone. At any rate, i
think i'll return to my James Bond. It is a Roger Moore.... so its not
the best. Connery is by no question the most superior Bond, though
Brosnan isn't bad. Roger Moore is definitely third, much better than
Timothy Dalton, but still... no Sean Connery.
P.S. My new cell phone will play Worms!!! Well... a truncated version
of Worms Armageddon... still HOLY CRAPY I LOVE THAT GAME!!!

| It has been a BAD weekend.
Saturday was fine... until about midnight, when my stomach started hurting.
I was up all night in excruciating pain pacing around the apartment.
Went to the ER Sunday morning...
Had a small seizure caused by a vagal response when they hooked me up to an IV.
After a few hours and tests.... i'm told i have the stomach flu.
So my recurring stomach thing that i've been getting for years is.... thats right
STOMACH FLU?!?!
What a no talent ass clown.
Today i had a paper due, but i didn't go to class.
Emailed the prof asking for an extension...
Still haven't heard back from him.
Oh, and the BIG awesome internship i applied for?
Yeah, didn't get it.
Apparently they all thought i'd be great to work with, but someone else looked better on paper.
At least I have Steph and the West Wing.
Season 3 finally downloaded.
I was "tagged" by Kyla, i may get around to doing that thing eventually.
I crave a hamburger, and can't eat anything real for a few days.... damn stomach.
Who knows what we are doing for Thanksgiving, we WERE going to do
fondu... but i'm not supposed to eat anything heavy for a while...
Okay, i'm done... back to West Wing

| Time to update again,
Life is good. Yesterday i went to the beach with friends while steph
was at work. I came home right when she got off. We went to Old Navy,
got her second paycheck of the day, and went to Target. Left Target,
came home... and cleaned... and cleaned.... and cleaned. Our apartment
now sparkles, its gorgeous, and much better to live in.
Today a lady comes with a dog, we are keeping the dog overnight to see
how a dog would behave in our apartment. We may keep the dog... I
know... it sounds like a weird idea, but steph has convinced me it is
possible, and better for the dog to have a small home than no home. Our
apartment complex has A LOT of dog owners... It will be an interesting
night.
November 17th at 2:00pm, i am going to interview for a paid internship
with the Oregon Department of Forestry. I would be working directly
under the chief economist of the ODF for two years. Full time during
the summer and part time during school. I would be helping to shape the
forests of Oregon. It could be REALLY awesome. I am kind of nervous,
but i think its going to perfectly suit me. November 17th will be a
nerve-racking day.
I am horrible at German.... only half a semester left.... i may die.
ASWU Sound is going well, really... its the best job on campus. My only
problem is that i have to find new sound techs to replace Brad and
Will. Actually, i have to find sound techs to replace myself and Will,
I am replacing Brad. So if all goes well, next year i will be head
Sound Tech for ASWU Sound and working for the chief economist for the
Oregon Department of Forestry.
Oh yeah, i think i've decided to minor in Econ.
Well i think its time to go brush my hair, i just got out of the shower
and steph is about to iron a shirt for me. I CAN IRON MY OWN SHIRTS....
and i generally do. This time its her fault the shirt is wrinkled, so
she is being nice enough to save me the trouble. Soon we are going to
go trade in soda cans for a bit of change, maybe get a muffin, and go
to the apartment complex garage sale.
